This holiday home is located in the quiet district of La Font near Pollenca, in the northwest of Mallorca.
Originally conceived as a traditional Mallorcan holiday home, this domicile offers its guests good facilities and a well-kept garden.
The living area is completely on the ground floor. Living and dining room are comfortably furnished and have satellite TV, DVD player. A large double glass door leads to the covered terrace with a view of the pool, framed by a thick hedge and into the small garden.
The fitted kitchen has a small dining table, lots of storage space in the cupboards, a stove with ceramic hob, electr. Oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, etc.
The three bedrooms are bright and have air conditioning on the clock and large closets. Two complete bathrooms complete the living area.
The large covered terrace is equipped with a long dining table and wooden benches and various patio furniture. An outdoor kitchen with running water and a brick grill complete the summer ambience.

The historic town of Pollenca is only 3.5 kilometers away. In the old town you can go for a nice walk and climb behind the large church on the market square on the Kalvarienberg to enjoy a wonderful view. The city has numerous restaurants and cafes with sun terraces, small galleries and boutiques.
Every Sunday in the main square with church there is a market with fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as specialties typical of the country.

In the lively coastal town of Puerto Pollenca there is a long sandy beach and a beautiful promenade with a small sailor harbor, numerous restaurants, cafes with sea views, small and large supermarkets, bike rental and many water sports: sailing, windsurfing, diving, water skiing.
