Located in the beautiful area of Cala San Vicente and just a short drive from Puerto Pollensa in the beautiful north-west region of Mallorca, Finca Tomas offers complete privacy with amazing views of the Tramuntana mountains.
This classical Mallorcan villa is traditional in style with the impressive palm tree lined gardens and the breathtaking views really being the jewel in the crown of this traditional and inviting home.
The living room with its slanted wood-beamed ceilings really captures the Mallorcan authenticity. It offers comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV with entertainment systems, including satellite and a DVD player. It is also luminous with two sets of patio doors leading out onto the side terrace with lovely mountain views alongside the inviting swimming pool.
There is a dining room just off the living room, leading through to a fully fitted kitchen with all the amenities. There is also a utility room for extra convenience. Finca Tomas boasts three spacious bedrooms; the two twins are located on the ground floor with a bathroom located conveniently in between the two in the hallway. As you make your way up to the first floor, you will find the master bedroom with built in wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom; perfect for that extra bit of privacy. 
The outside is impressive offering a partially covered barbecue area; perfect to get a bit of respite from the midday sun and to lunch outdoors. Not to mention the beautiful pool and gardens, in what feels like, the middle of nowhere. It really is the ideal place to relax, sunbathe and finish off with a dip in the pool.
Don’t forget to get out and about and explore, as you have Puerto Pollensa, Pollensa town and Cala Sant Vicente all just a short drive away.
