The property, located near the Golf de Pollença, stands out for its beautiful garden area and its privileged location on the north coast of Mallorca.

The house is divided into two floors. On the first floor there is the kitchen, fully equipped, and the living room. In addition to the two rooms. Finally, on this first floor there are two bathrooms. On the second floor we find the master bedroom with bathroom en suite.

The property is very close to Pollença, one of the most charming areas of the island. Known as one of the most beautiful villages in Mallorca, it is a pleasure to walk through the center and its narrow streets and admire its architecture. There you will find supermarkets, a multitude of services and you can enjoy its extensive gastronomic and cultural offer. It is also close to Port de Pollença and its large sandy beach, one of the best areas for water sports such as windsurfing, sailing, canoeing ... You can also walk along the seafront, bordering the sea, or enjoy some the terraces of the many restaurants you will find. The almost virgin coves of Formentor or Cala Sant Vicenç are also a must.

Volle Weiterempfehlung

Wir waren mit Freunden und 2 Kindern (2 Jahre) in dem Haus und waren rundum zufrieden. Für die Kleinen war bestens gesorgt (Töpfchen, Spielzeug, Sicherheits-Netz für den Pool…). Das Haus ist großzügig und sauber. Hervorzuheben ist die sehr umfangreiche Küchenausstattung. Es ist eigentlich alles vorhanden, was zum Kochen benötigt wird, auch Gewürze, & Co. Für Familien perfekt.
