Villa La Rafal Petit is a pretty villa ideal for 2 people. Set in the quiet countryside on the outskirts of the old town of Pollensa, this villa is within walking distance of the amenities.



The villa has one double bedroom on the ground floor along with the open plan living – dining room and kitchen, giving this villa a light and airy feel. There is a shower room on the ground floor.

The living room has comfortable furniture, the sofa converts into a sofa bed, TV, DVD and Wifi. There is also an air conditioning unit in the living area which services the open plan space. There is a dining table and chairs for four people which leads on into the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, toaster, microwave, washing machine and fridge freezer. The kitchen has a door which leads out onto a pretty covered dining terrace which overlooks the pool area.



Outside, the villa is equally as impressive. Entering through the electric gates the drive leads you down to the villa. There are panoramic views of the countryside and mountains. The villa has a covered furnished terrace to the front and a covered dining terrace to the side. There are sunbeds around the pool and a large barbecue, ideal for outdoor dining.



We accept an additional person, this must be a child of up to 12 years sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area.

Ein schönes Haus....

… aber noch Luft nach oben. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur hat super geklappt. Für jede Frage ein offenes Ohr und eine schnelle Antwort. Zu den Mietunterlagen gehört u. a. eine Anfahrtsbeschreibung, die wir in dieser Ausführlichkeit und Genauigkeit noch nicht gehabt hatten. Die Lage ist herrlich. Ruhe und ein toller Blick auf den Beginn der Serra de Tramuntana. Das Grundstück, Haus und Inneneinrichtung wirken auf den Fotos etwas größer, aber für 2 Personen ist mehr als ausreichend Platz. Kommen wir zu dem Aber: die Ausstattung der Küche lässt leider einige Wünsche offen, wenn man selber kocht. Es fehlt an grundlegenden Küchenutensilien wie z. B. Kochlöffel, Salatbesteck und vor allem wenigstens ein scharfes Küchenmesser. Geschirr, Besteck und Töpfe sind ausreichend vorhanden. Ein weiteres Aber: aufgrund der Jahreszeit (Ende Oktober) wurde es abends im Haus schnell kalt, klamm und muffig. Leider konnte da auch der Heizkörper keine Abhilfe schaffen, so dass man morgens klamme Garderobe anziehen musste. Im Badezimmer war Schimmel in der Dusche und an der Außentür. Von daher bekommt das Haus von uns keine volle Punktzahl, da das Gegebenheiten sind, die bei diesem - nicht gerade günstigen- Mietpreis nicht sein dürfen.
