The balcony is the perfect place to relax after a day of sun and beach, with sea views at the end of the street. There is nothing better than enjoying a drink at sunset on the terrace, seated at the table and chairs.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a building without a lift and offers a modern and cosy style. The living-dining room is equipped with a Smart TV and air conditioning. The kitchen is separate and features an induction hob and all the utensils you need to cook your favourite dishes during your holiday. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. For sleeping, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both have a wardrobe so you can store your belongings. A bathroom with shower completes the accommodation. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair. There is also a standing fan so you can place it wherever you prefer.

Port de Pollença is one of the best holiday destinations in Mallorca, with a very familiar and calm atmosphere. The street from the apartment leads directly to the sandy beach. From here, you can start a relaxing walk along the beach until you reach the center of the port where you will be amazed by the picturesque promenade, full of shops and restaurants.
