On the ground floor, there is a spacious living and dining room featuring a Smart TV, along with a well-equipped kitchen that includes an oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. A double bedroom with an en-suite shower room opens onto the terrace, and there is also a laundry room with a washing machine. The outdoor area boasts a large, covered terrace with a dining table. On the first floor, there is another double bedroom with an en-suite shower room that leads to a private balcony, a separate bathroom, and a twin bedroom.
