Superb 1st floor apartment close to Illa D´Or Hotel just off the famous Pine Walk. Fantastic location 25m from the beach, close to some restaurants and shops, but very peaceful and tranquil. This lovely bright refurbished apartment is located just 25m from the Pine Walk and beach, in one of the most sought-after positions in what many people consider the original Puerto Pollensa . This area is where the original fishing village began before tourism became the focal point of the port, many locals consider this area to be the real Puerto Pollensa. Situated just off Pine Walk close to the Pine Walk´s picturesque sandy cove beaches and close to the Illa D´Or Hotel. The sandy beach and promenade are just a few steps away. The apartment has a lounge/dining area with comfortable modern furniture, flat screen television & DVD. Patio doors open onto the terrace furnished with table and chairs. There are three bedrooms, 2 with twin beds and 1 with a large double bed, sleeping a total of 6 guests. There are 2 bathrooms which have walk in style showers, no baths. Good location for a quiet stay. Bedding and towels need updating as some becoming grey and threadbare. No shower gel or shampoo provided. No beach towels provided. Electrics kept shorting and needed to go online to sort AC problem out. First day stressful trying to master the electricity issues.

The apartment was spacious and clean, Wi-Fi really good and good location

We enjoyed our stay and the apartment was spacious and clean.Had all we needed but perhaps a couple of tea towels for use when dishwasher not used. Wi-Fi was of a good standard. We did think there was a lift but appears you need a pass card. If you don’t like overhead showers both lower showers need attention.(did not complain as one only become an issue on our last day) if earlier in week would have reported) We tried suing te taxi firm mentioned but when phoned earlier to book as recommended in book told us only book for journeys outside Resort and to telephone 5 minutes before needed, did this and told hour wait! When we had to move on last day used reception at ill’dor hotel who were very helpful on more than one occasion seeing we were not guests and they booked one for us.

Appartement calme proche de la mer

L'appartement est situé dans un joli quartier très calme. La mer est au bout de la rue. Il est facile de se garer dans la rue. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir prendre tous nos repas sur la terrasse. Les chambres sont bien séparées de la pièce de vie. Une très bonne expérience !
