Villa Luz is a charming Villa in Pollensa set in the countryside just a short distance drive from old town Pollensa with its abundance of excellent restaurants, galleries and shops. This Pollensa Villa has lovely views of the mountains in the distance beyond and set in a tranquil area.
The villa gates open into a private driveway that leads directly to the Villa. Three stone steps lead up to the large covered terrace over the front door.
Front door opens into an open-plan light and airy lounge/dining area. The lounge with its pretty décor that includes curtains made from traditional Mallorcan fabric design and comfortable sofas. The dining table and chairs also are in typical Mallorcan style, completing this delightful room.A stone archway leads off the lounge to the bedrooms. To the right is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and private ensuite shower rooom, an addition to the Villa 2014. To the left is a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a complete bathroom with shower over the bath.
Stairs lead up to a mezzanine above the lounge and dining which comprises of a sofa and desk. Ideal spot for some quiet reading.A door leads off the dining area into a fully fitted country style kitchen, which has a glass door and four steps leading down and out to the exterior and direct access to the utility room and washing machine and BBQ.The delightful pool and gardens are situated at the back of the villa. The pool is surrounded by grass and dense hedge on three sides which allows privacy and a semi-seclusion. .Directly adjacent to the pool and garden is the super covered terrace with fantastic large wooden table and bench seating ideal for al freso eating and smaller patio table and chairs ideal place to enjoy breakfast as the pool, gardens and terrace enjoy stunning views of the mountains beyond and Puig Maria.The freestanding stone BBQ is located the front of the Villa, is accessed by a pathway at the side of the villa leading off the pool area.
