Chalet Bobis is a charming holiday villa located in a quiet countryside area, surrounded by nature and offering lovely views of the mountainous landscape in the north of Mallorca. It is an ideal choice for guests looking to disconnect from daily routine and enjoy privacy, calm, and outdoor living, while still being close to towns and beaches.



The villa is set in a peaceful rural environment and is conveniently located just a few minutes by car from the historic centre of Pollença and from Puerto de Pollença. This location allows guests to enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside with easy access to restaurants, shops, beaches, and water activities.



The property is ideal for families or groups of friends and features three bright and well-ventilated bedrooms, all offering enough space for luggage and personal belongings. Two bedrooms have two single beds each, while the third is a double bedroom. The villa has two full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, ensuring comfort for all guests. All bedrooms are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning. In line with local energy-saving initiatives, air conditioning is available from 21:00 to 08:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00. Unlimited use is available for an additional supplement. Free wifi is available throughout the property.



The interior common areas are warm and functional. The rustic-style dining area connects the different spaces of the house and is perfect for relaxed breakfasts or evening meals. The house features a table tennis table to enjoy with family and friends.



The kitchen is fully equipped and offers all the facilities needed to cook comfortably during your stay, including a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, gas oven, kettle, and complete kitchenware.



The outdoor area is one of the highlights of Chalet Bobis. The private garden, carefully maintained and surrounded by palm trees and vegetation, features a private swimming pool, a fully equipped barbecue area, and a spacious covered porch with dining table, relaxation area, and sun loungers—perfect for outdoor living.

This Villa was perfect for us as a family of 5, we spent most of our time outside either in the pool or sitting in the covered area and had a fantastic holiday.The Villa is in a fairly remote location with nothing really walkable but we had a hire car so this wasn’t a problem and meant that the villa was quiet and private.Check in was seamless and all of the facilities were just right for us to have the perfect holiday.

Great villa, great location

Villa Bovis is located in the countryside approximately 5km from Pollenca old town, and within 30 minutes of the beaches at Puerto Pollenca and Alcudia. The villa is surrounded by mature trees and landscaped gardens, and is accessed from a private, gated driveway. The peace and seclusion of the location was a major plus for us on our two-week stay in September 2019. The villa itself is large and airy with high ceilings and generously proportioned rooms. The outside space comprises a large covered verandah around two sides of the property, and an 8m x 4m pool surrounded by grass. Sunbeds and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is compact but included everything we needed to support our self-catered meals throughout the holiday. You probably wouldn't want to attempt anything too ambitious but the gas hob and electric oven were fine for the straightforward meat and fish dishes that we prepared during our stay. The external barbecue is large and worked really well for us. A couple of things that we would suggest to future guests : a car is really essential if you are planning on leaving the villa at any point during your stay - the local roads are typically rural and not really conducive to walking along; being surrounded by countryside, there were some evenings when midges/mosquitoes were a nuisance, so some good repellent and possibly plug-in bug killers would be a useful precaution; the internet connection was ok while we were there, but the bandwidth/speed will struggle with streaming video content, so don't rely on this. If you're looking for a well-equipped, secluded villa in the heart of the beautiful north of Majorca, but only 20 minutes by car from Pollenca, then I would heartily recommend Villa Bovis. We had the most fantastic, relaxing and energising two weeks here.

Great location

This villa was in a great location - rural but only 5 minute drive into town. Pollensa is beautiful. The outside space is fantastic, however inside we suffered with ants all over the kitchen, broken furniture in main bedroom, my son’s bed collapsed one night whilst he was sleeping. There was also an issue with the septic tank after every shower/bath which made the outside smell for about 10 minutes. WiFi was very hit and miss and be prepared to miss tv as could hardly get any signal/very limited channels. It needs some care internally. Owl Booking however were very helpful and always at the end of the phone.

Lovely outside, tired and shabby inside.

We have just returned from a two week break at Villa Bovis. If you’re looking for a fantastic garden and pool area this is the villa for you. The pool was a wonderful temperature and the big grass area was fabulous for our two young sons. If you’re looking for a villa that is described as rustic but is actually tired and unloved then this is also the villa for you. The shower flooded because the drain was blocked (only sorted after 1 week), the shower head sprayed water everywhere except downwards causing further flooding. The air conditioning only worked in two bedrooms for half of our stay (yet we were offered minimal compensation). The kitchen was woefully stocked with hardly any utensils and no bbq utensils, no coffee maker and the grill on the oven is broken. The main bedroom furniture was broken. There were however an abundance of ants. In every single room. Climbing on all the beds and very at home in the shower. It’s a shame. This villa could be amazing. And even just a little trip to Ikea could make a big difference. Unfortunately the owners couldn’t give two hoots about the place or their guests comfort. They were rude and took no care over the property. They reluctantly fixed the a/c and the drain after many complaints by us. They cleaned the pool and mowed the lawn only once in two weeks and we’re rude and unpleasant whenever we saw them. Owl Bookings however did all they could to help us sort out the various problems we had and I would book a different property with them again on a future trip to the island.

Relaxing villa

Had very relaxing time in this lovely villa. Not often you can wake up and take a couple of steps into a lovely swimming pool! We spent a lot of time relaxing in the secluded gardens and by the large pool. The villa also has a large/long terrace which means you can enjoy the heat but still benefit from some shade. OWL were very helpful with any requests we had. You definitely need a car to reach the villa as it is quite secluded (but this is great if you want some peace and privacy). The sound of the birds in the garden were lovely background to breakfast and dinner in the evening.

Beautiful Villa and suroundings

Relaxing trip in Pollensa, really enjoyed hiking and beach time in Puerto Pollensa. The house is very nice, spacious, well equipped with all we could need and with a well sized pool and grass area. Had a good time, hope to be back soon!

Dream vacation in Mallorca

Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Berge und entspannter privater Atmosphäre danach…

Als 5-köpfige Familie mit Kindern hatten wir eine tolle Woche in der Villa Bovis. Der Kontakt zu Owlbooking war unkompliziert und sehr nett. Der Eigentümer (selbst nicht auf dem Grundstück!, Kontakt über Owlbooking) reagiert bei Unterstützungsbedarf (WLAN-Aussetzer, Prüfung Gasherd) sehr schnell. Im Haus haben haben wir nichts vermisst. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und war perfekt…die abendliche Poolbeleuchtung sorgt für Spass bei Tag und Nacht für die ganze Familie. Die ländliche Lage im Hinterland von Port Pollenca garantiert private Erholung abseits des Inseltourismus - macht aber ein Mietauto zwingend erforderlich. Wir können die Villa Bovis und Owlbooking sehr empfehlen und kommen gern wieder.
