Set in a peaceful rural area between the charming old town of Pollença and the beaches of Puerto de Pollença, Villa Can Canavaret is a spacious and recently redesigned country house, ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.

The property is surrounded by beautiful private gardens with large lawned areas, tall palm trees, olive trees, and citrus trees. It’s a safe and idyllic setting for children to play outdoors while adults enjoy the tranquil scenery — also perfect for walking or cycling.

Inside, the villa offers a bright and airy atmosphere, with white walls, tiled floors, and modern furnishings.

All living space is arranged on one level for added comfort. The open-plan lounge and dining area features a cosy seating space, Smart TV, home cinema system, Wii console, and air conditioning (hot/cold), making it ideal for both warm summer days and cooler spring or autumn evenings.

Had a wonderful stay at Villa Can Canaveret! Location is peaceful and idyllic and was the perfect base for road cycling. The villa itself was spotless and comfortable. Outside furniture and pool were lovely and where we spent most of our time even though weather wasn’t that cooperative. Josep was a great host and responded to any of our enquires in a timely and friendly manner. Proximity to Pollença, Alcúdia and Palma was very convenient, however a car is necessary. We would not hesitate to book again!

What a magnificent Villa! The photos resemble the villa. The location is perfect. Close enough to old town pollensa and the beach but far enough away to feel like you are in a private location. Nobody can look onto the property so it feels very private. We were there as a family with young children. The property is enclosed so they are safe from the road. The pool was delightful even in October. There is a Nintendo wii so we had fun playing with the children. The beds were comfortable and the villa is very spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need. There is a large lidl for groceries just a five minute drive away. We will definitely be coming back to this villa

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Josep sehr genossen. Die Lage der Villa ist super, man ist ungestört und trotzdem innerhalb weniger Minuten am Strand. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist äußerst geschmackvoll und hochwertig. Der Garten und der Pool sind ein Traum. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können die Villa und den Vermieter sehr empfehlen.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa, which is really clean, comfortable and well equipped. There were lots of places to sit outside and a fabulous pool - and inside, the air conditioning made our holiday! With 3 young children, it would have been great to have some games, pool toys etc at the villa but appreciate not everyone needs these. Overall we loved it and would highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Can Canavaret , such a beautiful villa in a quiet and peaceful location. The pool and gardens were excellent for family time and the villa well equipped with everything you need. It was so peaceful and nice to see the mountain views in the background. Perfect location in between Puerto pollenca and pollenca town. We’d highly recommend.
