Discover Can Perello, a beautiful villa in typical Mallorcan style built in stone, situated amidst majestic mountains and beautiful gardens. This property is perfectly secluded, offering privacy and tranquillity, and is the ideal place to disconnect and enjoy nature.



The villa has 3 cosy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, distributed in a practical manner to offer you comfort and privacy. One of the bedrooms is a double room with an en-suite bathroom, while the other two are individual rooms sharing a bathroom.



The spacious living room, with exposed wooden beams, invites you to relax, while the dining room, accessible from the living room, offers a perfect space for sharing family meals. From here, you can access the large outdoor terrace, which becomes the heart of the house during your stay. The terrace is equipped with an outdoor barbecue and a sink, allowing you to fully enjoy outdoor dinners in an idyllic setting.



The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary to cook your favourite dishes: oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge, pantry, separate freezer and microwave. Additionally, the kitchen has views of the terrace and a door that provides direct access to the outside.



The incredible outer space features a large pool with a Roman staircase, perfect for relaxing or taking a refreshing swim while enjoying the views. Additionally, the sun loungers invite you to sunbathe and relax in the beautiful natural setting. The lighting on the terrace creates the ideal atmosphere for enjoying dinners and warm evenings under the stars.



Can Perello also offers free private parking, which adds comfort to your stay. Air conditioning is available from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.



Information to take into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.



The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore near your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
