Located on the second and last floor of a modern oceanfront building, the elegant beachfront Sivella apartment enjoys one of the most exclusive locations in Puerto de Pollensa and is very close to a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants. Not forgetting the incredible sandy beach on your doorstep! With 2 bedrooms, large living room, terrace, private parking and even an additional rooftop solarium, this apartment is designed to impress!



The interior of the apartment is modern, elegant and newly decorated to offer an even improved vacation experience. In addition, being located on a corner plot, it allows the apartment to be filled with natural light throughout the day, providing a great sense of space and freedom. It has 2 bedrooms, one double and one with a double bed, as well as a spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining room and sofa. The family bathroom has a bathtub with a shower. For the comfort of our guests, the entire apartment has air conditioning (at fixed times, from 14h-16am and from 20h-8h).



The large doors lead to the front terrace, allowing you to enjoy breathtaking views of the sandy beach, the promenade and the Bay of Pollensa. A flight of stairs also leads to the roof terrace, a private area that enjoys the most sensational views and lots of extra space. For the convenience of our guests, even if a car is not necessary in this property, private (closed) parking is available on the premises free of charge.

Roof top style in Pollensa

Everything about this property is excellent - from booking, communication with property manager, to beachfront location and the resort itself. The best thing about it though, is the roof top private terrace! Highly recommended!

Very Enjoyable Stay

The apartment was clean and has all equipment needed for a short stay. WiFi is particularly good! The view from the balcony is directly over the bay and a short walk to the various restaurants and supermarkets. We stayed in February and the apartment was warm. Finding the apartment initially was not easy and we didn’t have the code to open the electric access gate. The Villa agents in town were extremely professional, friendly and helpful.

Great apartment in a great location!

I’ll put the negatives first. 1. The air conditioning only comes on from 2-4pm and 8am - 8am. When you check-in, you’ll be overwhelmed with how hot the apartment is, but quickly open all the windows, drop your bags and head straight to the beach. Just keep the windows open during the off times and the apartment goes get cool. I’m pointing this out first as you won’t be told the AC times until after you’ve paid about 10 days before your stay. 2. There is no toaster, soap or dishwashing pellets for the dishwasher. There’s a store about a minute walk that has absolutely everything. We loved our stay here. The views and location can’t be beat. The apartment was great for our family of three. The couch was very comfortable and the beds were decent. I recommend this apartment.

Logement conforme à l’annonce. Très bien équipée, spacieux pour 4, vraiment face à la mer. Le roof est également agréable et la place de parking privée un grand plus. Tout était parfait pour un séjour d’une semaine en avril.

Prima locatie en verblijf voor 4 personen. Fijne ochtend zon op het balkon.

Prima appartement alleen het buiten meubilair mag wel een keer vernieuwd worden. Wij kwamen in het donker aan en het appartementencomplex was lastig te vinden. Het huisnummer klopt niet en de naam van het appartementencomplex is ook niet te zien vanaf de straat.

Tolles Appartment aber nicht für den Winter

Die Lage des Appartment ist super. Die Einrichtung ausreichend, aber im Winter nicht ausreichend heizbar. Leider war die Woche auf Mallorca aussergewöhnlich kalt, aber das Appartment hatte nie über 18 °Grad. Das wärmt nicht wenn man durchgefroren von draussen kommt, zumal die Klimaanlage nach verlassen der Wohnung abschaltet, also nicht mehr heizt.

Puerto Pollenca är bra men inte mitt på vintern

Lägenheten är bra, området är fint, utsikten mycket bra, stranden fantastisk, nära till affärer, restauranger, hamnen osv. Vi var där under november månad och hade otur med vädret (ganska kallt och mycket blåsigt och många regndagar. Dessutom upptäckte vi att Puerto Pollenca är helt dött på senhösten - vaknar först någon gång på våren.
