Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Turned up after making a booking to be told the hotel was full! Probably a good thing as the place looked disgustingly dirty and unsafe. Ukrainian staff were rude and unhelpful, then just disappeared.
Stayed 1 night in Aug 2024
