The AC kept dripping water. First time the repair lady fixed. Then it started to drip again. They sent a repair kid and a repair lady. They came and went to fic the problem. I asked the kid if he could bring a pillow and he sa8d yeah, no problem. After I asked he came and wen to the room 3 more times (the last time was to make sure he didnt leave a card there) and rach time I asked about the pillow and the tattooed kid said he would bring one, but never did. Called reception to get the pillow and they guy they sent wasnt happy about bringing it. There was this one guy in the entranc eof the casino that was ungappy that he had our 2 year old child around while we waited for the elevator. For some reason he was worried she was touching the roulette, but that wasnt a problem. He seemed very annoyed by us being around. There could be more meat choices for the breakfast, like bacon and other things. The staff on the Hardrock Cafe were excellent

3 estrellas porque el personal fue muy amable de lo contrario no le daría ni una. Mucha humedad en el cuarto (el aire muy frio la humedad permaneció luego de solicitar que se cambiara porque tu no lo puedes hacer). En el balcón había un mal olor. No se podía nivelar la temperatura del agua en la ducha. En la barra donde estaba consumiendo no se pudo ver el juego final de la mlb.
