We stayed during the off-season, so the atmosphere was quite peaceful. It's definitely a family-friendly hotel, very clean, and the staff is very friendly. I think they need to update the facilities to give them a more modern feel. The food at La Terraza restaurant is very good. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the evening, so be prepared.

When I checked in, I mentioned that I was a Gold member with Expedia to see if there were any benefits. I was informed that there were none. I requested the room that was available at 2:00 PM, but they told me I had to pay $50. The elevator was not working, so we had to walk up three floors.
