We brought our small dog with us. They charged us 100.00 to have one dog, without any discussion about it. Our room was nice but the shower walls had dirt on them. Looked like a dirty hand print. They also charged 10.00 for parking. Also not listed on the properties website. Our stay was supposed to be 171 00 we made 290.63. After their parking and pet charges. Absolutely ridiculous. I asked the front desk worker about the fees, he said it is a pure dog fee. If you stay at this probably beware of all the extra fees

What a wonderful place! The staff are welcoming and professional! Hopefully the property behind the resort never sells (its currently listed). The serene landscape surrounding this resort just puts it over the top!

Great place!

It was a quick stay but very nice. The gym was great, my daughter enjoyed the pool area and the property is lovely! Also loved the large closet in the room!

Unexpected charges

The hotel was very nice and we had a nice stay. Hotel was clean and nicely decorated. Room was spacoius and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options. That being said, was charged an unexpected $10 per night for parking. That was not part of our Hotel.com agreement and was sprung upon me at check in. I questioned it, but the check in staff assured me that is their policy and I didn't want to argue so just paid it, but it left me with a bad taste in my mouth. The parking lot was plenty big with many open spots and we only had one vehicle. Was very odd to have to pay extra nightly for that and felt that should be part of the stay. Overall, the place was nice enough I'd stay here again, but I would really appreciate the hotel disclosing all costs up front at the time of booking.

Lovely stay in Ponderay

This is a very nice place. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well decorated. Comfortable beds and clean linens. I would stay here again for sure.
