Clarisses House I, a Home in Madeira
Clarisse’s House I is an independent fraction of a house in a rural area, ideal for two to four people.
The accommodation is approximately 80 m2 and consists of two bedrooms with double beds (1.6x2.0 m and 1.4x1,9 m), a small living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. It has an air conditioning unit in the living room.
The accommodation is equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, TV with international channels and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.
LOCATION
The accommodation is located in a rural area 315 m above sea level and 3.5 km from the village of Ponta do Sol, where there is a beach, restaurants and cafes.
200 m away is the start of Levada do Moinho and 600 m away is Levada Nova, which are recommended walking routes with fabulous landscapes.
Ponta do Sol is located in the southwestern part of the island, which has the best weather conditions in Madeira.
A few kilometres away there are stunning cliffs, mountains and Laurissilva forest for nature lovers and hikers.
Nearby you can enjoy many outdoor activities such as hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, surfing, fishing and other nautical activities.
The property has access to the main roads.
REMARKS
A car is recommended for this location and there is free parking at the property.
Due to the climate, there are also insects and lizards in the rural surroundings, which may be attracted to food scraps. For those who are uncomfortable with the presence of insects and lizards, we do not recommend staying in a rural area.
Cleaning is done before guests check in and there is a weekly maintenance cleaning, which includes the change of bed linen and towels.
The increase in the number of guests implies a price increase of up to 10% per person.
CONDITIONS
1. Parties or behaviour that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10 pm and 8 am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.
2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.
3. Self-check-in with flexible arrival time is available via a key lockbox whose code is created and sent on the day of arrival. For face-to-face check-in, it is necessary to schedule the time and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be scheduled according to our availability.
4. Guests may be required to present identification upon arrival and provide missing identification details to comply with legal requirements.
5. Guests must inform about allergies, conditions or special needs before or immediately after booking in order to verify compliance and appropriate measures to be taken.
