The host was very responsive to all my questions. The house was amazing, clean, had all supplies needed, very comfortable for my large family. The view of the beach is like a picture and the sound of the waves is soooo calming. It was great being RIGHT on the beach, a lot of shells to search for and we also fished right off the shore. Close to St Augustine to see the historical areas, millions of shops, lights at Christmas, Ripley's Believe or Not Museum, Lighthouse went up to the top, Mini Golf in St Augustine Beach. We ate at Aunt Kate's close to the house and the food was great and not crazy expensive. Also went to the Vilano Coffee Shop many times near the Publix which was just a short drive from the house. Over all this rental was beautiful and I liked that it was outside of the hustle of St Augustine and instead was a short drive away in Vilano Beach.

Steele’s beautiful home was the absolute perfect setting for our girls’ getaway weekend! From the moment we arrived the breathtaking oceanfront views, relaxing breeze, and beautifully appointed property gave us all we needed to slow down, breathe, and enjoy our time together. Amazing Beach House

My family had a return visit to Steele’s house this summer. Obviously, we enjoyed our first stay there so much that we wanted to return. This was our second visit. We have rented several houses in South Ponte Vedra Beach, and this one is our favorite. We found the house to be in pristine condition upon arrival. It has lots of space, is well stocked with everything one would want/need, amenities galore, quiet beach, great views, a great house for a beach vacation. Wonderful family vacation!

It felt like staying at your favorite aunt and uncle’s house! The accommodations were perfect for our group - three teens, five adults. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. The fenced-in yard was enjoyed by our dog. Being less than 10 steps from the house to the beach was magical. And the beach was quiet and relaxing. We can’t wait to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay here visiting with family for the holidays! The kitchen was well equipped and the living area very comfortable with fun beach decor. We’ve stayed in many houses in S Ponte Vedra and were not disappointed in this one!

Family Stay.

This is my 5th rental house in Vilano/South Ponte Verda Beach area. This house defiantly has some pro’s and con’s in my opinion. Pros- Great layout of house for multiple families. The enclosed garage with glass sliding door was perfect for the furry friends. The kitchen was well stocked, the downstairs kitchenette was great to grab snacks and drinks without going upstairs. Plenty of outdoor seating upstairs and down. Easily could park 4-5 vehicles in the drive way which you dont find at many homes. The fence was great for dogs and kids, only wish it was a little taller on the beach side to keep a larger dog from jumping it. The side gate was nice, to unload beach items straight to the beach. Quick response from Steele when issues occurred. Con’s- The inside of the house needs some much needed TLC including a major deep cleaning. If you have little ones crawling, bring your own vacuum. The yard isn’t grass. . It’s some kind of squishy seagrass (probably to prevent erosion) on one side, which wasn’t nice for kids or dogs to play on and the other side had sand spurs. Beach equipment has seen better days but we brought our own so no big. We did experience some unwanted critters, which after contacting Steele, he did try to send help quickly.

Wonderful Beach House

For the last 5 years we have rented an ocean-front house in South Ponte Vedra Beach for our family. This house met our needs perfectly. It is spacious, has beautiful decor, and is equipped with everything we needed. We usually take beach chairs and beach towels because we have found the supply to be inadequate at other houses. They were plentiful at this house. The house also had better than adequate housewares and dishes and bathroom supplies. We would like to rent this house again.

Beautiful home!

Beautiful home right on the ocean. The beach was great and really quiet. We went to wonderful restaurants and sightseeing in St Augustine. This was definitely a family favorite!

Perfect Weekend

Spent a long weekend celebrating my daughter's 50th with her childhood friends. House was perfect for our group with room to spare. Great memories made sitting on the porch watching the waves. I have rented numerous homes on VRBO and I have to say this home was much better equipped than many. Would absolutely stay again.

Family Beach vacation

We loved the house. Plenty of room for a large family group. Loved being right on the beach so we could go out several times throughout the day. Lots of chairs and umbrellas plus kids beach toys. Home was very clean. The host responded to a few concerns promptly. i would recommend having more toiletpaper, paper towels and trash bags when a large group is staying.
