By far the best home in the area, (2022) all new furniture, 4 story 5-bed private beach home, professionally decorated with the modern finishes. One of a kind for that special family who seeks to enjoy what `Ocean Therapy can offer. A large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, 4th floor sky deck, an additional 1st floor kitchenette for easy meal prep, ocean views from almost every room, great outdoor areas and balconies, Just minutes from the historic downtown St Augustine & Vilano Beach

Ocean Therapy is what we call it, An all concrete built fortress with 5 bedrooms 5 bath beachfront high-end home, over 4000 SF with 3 stories plus a fourth story sky deck. Elevator and high-end finishes. :Layout: FIRST FLOOR, scenic sit down area, Kitchenette for easy access for the beach, full bathroom, Laundry room and very large bedroom with two queen size beds, SECONDFLOOR, very high ceilings, A balcony facing the beach. great room, a fully stocked Kitchen for cooking, Large dining room for 10, two bedrooms with in suite bathrooms ( one king size bed , the other one with a queen bed) THIRD FLOOR, Two master bedrooms with in suite bathrooms. Both with king size beds and east and west balconies. FOURTH FLOOR , amazing sky deck overlooking the beach east and the Tolomato River west. 1 car garage only to be used for provided beach toys such as tents, umbrellas, sand toys, barbecue etc, The best feature is what are guests have to say. Ocean Therapy is really a spectacular house and location. The pictures of the house on the website are stunning, and in person it's even more incredible, with breathtaking views of the ocean wherever you look. The pristine beach is at your feet, and the house very comfortably accommodated 12 people. The host is responsive and helpful. We had everything we needed. St. Augustine is a very short ride down the road. My friends and I had a great time there, and will never forget the beauty of this place.

This is a fabulous home with an unbeatable location. Waterfront property facing on to mile after mile of clean flat sand and gentle surf. Minutes from St Augustine. Well-appointed and well-mainteined property with a fabulous Great Room, two top-of-the-house bedrooms with perfect views, and all the bedrooms are bright and chamingly decorated.Our host, Armando, was engaged and helpful and went out of his way to make our stay perfect!We benefited greatly from our four days of "Ocean Therapy"!

Communication with both the owner and property manager was excellent—they were responsive and helpful throughout our stay.The house was well-equipped with everything we needed, making it feel like a home away from home. We had a multigenerational family staying together, and the elevator was a perfect convenience for my aging parents.Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay at Ocean Therapy again.

This house is amazing. We had folks of all ages and everyone had a great time. I had knee surgery and have difficulty with stairs currently so the elevator was incredibly helpful. We will be staying there again soon!

Great House!

We had a great time at this beautiful beach house. All the amenities you could need for the beach were provided. Plenty of space for everyone. Armando was responsive and the property manager Kevin was quick to respond to a couple minor issues. The area is nice and only 15 mins to St Augustine.
