There are three bedrooms, a second-floor super-king-size with priave bathroom with freestanding bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC, a first-floor king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, and a ground-floor twin serviced by a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Outside there is enclosed rear garden with lawn, and patio and off-road parking for 2 cars. Sorry, no smoking and no pets allowed. Shop and pub 0.5 miles, beach 1.5 miles. Within 0.5 miles, you will find a shop, and pub and within 1.5 miles a beach, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. No pets allowed. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Sea Fern House - 36B a delightful base for exploring the coast of Dorset. This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of 350 GBP.

The largest of these islands is Brownsea Island, where Baden Powell began the Scout Movement. To the west is the 'Isle of Purbeck', which offers visitors scenic countryside, dotted with quaint villages and stunning seascapes, plus Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door and Corfe Castle are well worth a visit. The local beaches at Sandbanks provide excellent facilities for all kinds of watersports. Alternatively, visit the neighbouring family friendly seaside resort of Bournemouth and within driving distance is the fascinating New Forest National Park. An excellent holiday destination at any time of the year.
