The house lies in a quiet place and with its own property it is only on guests` disposal. In the other half of the house lives the nice owner with his family.

Stancija Vodopija is 4 km from Porec and about 2 km from the sea, so it is only a few minutes’ drive to the main facilities. Nonina hiza offers to the guests a covered terrace with table and chairs, barbecue and a well-kept lawn.



Holiday home near Porec of 70 sqm on two fully air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor there is a nice living area with sofa, equipped kitchen and dining table, a shower/toilet and a smaller pantry. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two single beds, a shower/toilet in the hall. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
