Villa Adea is located on the outskirts of the village of Kosinozici, just 5 km from Porec. It offers guests a fully fenced, approximately 500 m² property with a heated pool measuring approximately 3 x 12 m (available upon request for a fee), a covered terrace, and an outdoor kitchen with a large table, barbecue, separate Weber kettle grill, large smart TV, BOSE outdoor speakers, a commercial ice machine, and a separate outdoor toilet.

The house's location is ideal for a peaceful holiday in Istria. All necessary amenities can be reached within 5-10 minutes.

Villa Adea, with 156 m² of living space, is richly equipped and furnished with high-quality furniture. The house is particularly notable for its fully equipped kitchen with an American side-by-side refrigerator, Nespresso capsule machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and Kennwood blender.
On the ground floor, you'll find a very comfortable living room and a guest toilet, as well as access to the pool terrace.
On the first floor, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms, one of which has a wonderful balcony with sea views.

All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, and a Smart TV.

A safe is also available in one of the bedrooms.

A washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron are available in another room.

The outdoor shower and the pool, measuring approximately 3.00 x 12.00 m and ranging in depth from 1.35 m to 1.70 m, leave nothing to be desired. Here, you can enjoy swimming and doing laps.

The pool can also be heated upon request for an additional fee.

The outdoor kitchen, complete with a barbecue fireplace, Weber kettle grill, commercial ice cube machine, and sink, as well as a large smart flat-screen TV with a BOSE sound system, leaves nothing to be desired outdoors.
