This bright, spacious property with a shared pool, ping-pong and tennis court, landscaped garden, and large private terrace is the perfect retreat for family or friends—up to 10 guests—on the Côte de Jade.

The house features 3 cozy bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm), plus 2 sofa beds on the mezzanine, and 2 bathrooms with separate toilets for everyone’s comfort. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious, light-filled living area, dining space, two lounges, and a fully equipped open kitchen.



Upstairs, 2 bedrooms offer dedicated workspaces—ideal for remote work. The mezzanine overlooking the main room serves as a bedroom (sofa bed) or a play area for children.



Enjoy the secure shared outdoor pool (open mid-May to mid-September) with a children’s pool. The fenced landscaped garden provides a green, peaceful setting, while the large private terrace with outdoor furniture is perfect for al fresco dining and relaxation.
