Tämä kaunis ranta-koti sijaitsee Biscaynen osa-alueella. Upeat näkymät, hyvä sijainti ja runsaasti huoneita. Nukkuu jopa 16 neljälle kuninkaalle ja 4 queen-size-vuodetta. Tämä yksinomainen yksityinen aidatulla alueella on puolen välissä lauttasataman ja Crystal Beachin välissä.

Tämä koti sijaitsee halutuimmalla ja kuumin paikalla niemimaalla. Sitä ympäröivät ylelliset asunnot hyvin hiljaisella ja perheystävällisellä rannalla. Vain istua alas ja rentoutua kannella tai nauttia henkeäsalpaavasta näkemästä ilmastoinnin mukavuuteen tämän avoimen konseptin kotona.

Nukkuu jopa 16 henkilöä mukavasti sängyssä. Alakerrassa on kaksi makuuhuonetta, joissa on king-size-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone. Yläkerrassa on neljä huonetta ja yksi kylpyhuone. Kaksi huonetta, joissa on king size-vuode ja pääsy yläkerrokseen. Kahdessa muussa on kaksi kuningattarea kussakin. Jauhehuone sijaitsee pääkerroksessa. Ranta-suihkuhuone sijaitsee pohjakerroksessa ja siinä on kuumaa vettä.

Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Crystal Beach. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Great Weekend Stay

We loved hanging out here. Girls trip (The VIVA Godsisters) came in celebration of a Platinum Jubilee Birthday. This spot was just what we needed...relaxation....downtime and great company. We had every cooking tool or appliance needed as well as sufficient towels and appropriate bedding. Additionally, the host was very courteous and responded quickly to any requests. We are looking forward to another stay here :-)

Amazing for big groups

We have stayed in a lot of rentals with a large group over the years. This place was the best we have stayed at before. There was plenty of room to eat and lounge. It didn’t feel cramped. The beach was close and really kid friendly. Shallow and warm water. We spent hours at the beach. The house was clean and well stocked with pans. The house was as pictured and better than we could have hoped for. We will definitely be back!!!

Great family vacation

We heard several times that this house was the best location and layout from our grown children. They had bedrooms upstairs for their children who were able to sleep while we played games downstairs. Great beach - quiet, hardly any fellow beachcombers. Our first time to visit TX beach was a great success!

Family Time

Nice quiet neighborhood. Great beach access. Home was large and had a great layout downstairs so everyone could be together but not crowded. Kitchen could use some more appliances such as air fryer and bowels with lids for leftovers as we cooked every meal. If you are staying for several days bring extra kitchen trash bags and paper towels.Not a very child friendly home as upper deck had no safety gates and no games for the kids to play. No pack-n-play or high chair.Overall it was a great vacation because the weather was perfect and we were together as a family.

Great House and Location

We had a relaxing week all the way around! Nice private neighborhood, quiet with beach access. House was roomy and comfortable and provided all the creature comforts we needed. Communication was great with the homeowner and they kept us well informed of status of the power and condition after the hurricane leading up to our arrival.

Great house - Wonderful beach

This is the fourth time my family has stayed here and we keep coming back because of the amazing location of the property and this well-appointed beachhouse that fits our entire family so nicely. The beach is just a quick walk past two houses and down the boardwalk, but you also have a fantastic unobstructed view from the very large back porch - which is amazing while you're drinking coffee in the morning watching the sun come up. One of my favorite things about this beach location is that the water is extremely shallow for quite a ways out, so the grandkids - even the young ones - can get in the ocean and play without it getting too deep for them. This trip in particular we ran into some weather with hurricane Beryl, and although we were free to leave we decided to stick it out and had a great time. The host was amazing keeping us updated with weather information and everything we needed to get through the week with all the goings on that come after a hurricane. He went over and above and I can't thank him enough for reaching out and being available whenever we needed something. This house is a great choice to enjoy the Texas coast.

AMAZING!

This was our 2nd time to stay at this property and it won’t be our last. We had 14 people in our group and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was stocked with everything we needed. The communication with the owner was great, he even called to make sure we got all of the information to check in. Getting to the beach was easy, we did rent golf carts but also walked a couple of times. We can’t wait to go back!
