The Ark has everything you need for the perfect beach vacation. The spacious living, dining and kitchen area is bathed in a bright coastal tone and filled with natural light from a wall of oversized and transom windows! Beautiful custom touches include high ceilings, built in entertainment center and beverage bar, granite countertops and large breakfast bar. A fully stocked kitchen adjacent to the dining area makes serving meals a breeze. Spacious deck with plenty of room for the sun worshipers and a cozy shaded alcove for sipping iced tea with a good book. Great entertainment area under the house with a fish cleaning station and built in picnic tables for a good old fashioned fish fry. The bright and colorful bedrooms make you feel like you stepped into a bungalow in the Caribbean. There are 2 master bedrooms, each with an adjacent bath and 2 guest rooms with a Jack and Jill bath between. High ceilings, large bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and the perfect layout make it a real gem! Large upstairs deck with tons of seating including a shaded corner with couches and a spacious downstairs area with built in tables. Super convenient location close to the Big Store and restaurants and only a short walk or golf cart drive to the beach. We will be back!

Cobb ladies are always knowledgeable and pleasant and make the rental process a breeze!

Great floor plan. We had 4 generations for our stay and each family had their own room for privacy. The deck sitting area was really popular with the young adults once their kids were asleep. Short walk to the beach and easy with the collapsible wagon we brought. Great fun using BBQ on lower level with built in picnic table and chairs. Easy commute to Galveston for activities there. Definitely worth repeating.

All beds were comfy, great porch area for sitting, eating and for kids playing when it rained.Just a short walk from the beach and so close to several restaurants, water slide, ferry, store. We stayed here with our grown kids and their families... plenty of room for everyone. We caught 10 nice keeper trout one morning in the first cut on live croaker, when the surf was calm. We rented a kayak one day, and paddled our bait out about 250 yards.... Caught a 38" redfish. Released him. Great time was had by all! We would certainly stay here again!
