This place was clean and comfortable. What I appreciated the most is that it appeared to be what VRBO is all about, real owners looking to make a little extra money when they are not using their place themselves. This host was good with communication and provided timely check-in information. This house is about 4-5 rows of houses away from the beach, making a short walk down a quiet street to the neighborhood only beach access. The beach was not too busy during our stay and we were surprised to find that it was a sugar sand beach. Vehicles are allowed to drive on the beach, but any vehicle traffic was very respectful. The simple check-out process made it a breeze to leave on time.

Description was pretty accurate. Location was not bad. A couple of blocks from the beach with easy access. Needed a few things like toilet paper but a store was very close. Would stay here again. Good house for the price.
