Welcome to our cozy cottage in Port Campbell. Explore the vibrant town centre and savour the beauty of the coast. Your adventure begins here, where the wonders of the 12 Apostles and Port Campbell Beach await.This cottage has been in our family for many years and we love adding improvements to it each year. We`ve recently completed updates to the outdoor area, including the installation of double-glazed windows throughout the entire house. These improvements play a vital role in maintaining a comfortable temperature inside the property, whether it`s cooling in the summer or heating in the winter.

Our cottage has an open living plan and a wood fire, perfect for those chilly winter nights. There`s nothing quite like the warmth and ambience created by a crackling wood fire. It truly adds a magical touch to the atmosphere within the cottage.

When it comes to comfort, our beds are equipped with pillow toppers and adorned with fresh, crisp linen. You`ll feel like you`re sleeping on a cloud, and you might just want to snooze all day! The bathroom has a simplistic style, creating an open and refreshing feel. The highlight is the large circular shower head, which provides a heavenly shower experience.

For those who love to cook, our kitchen is fully stocked, allowing you to create your culinary masterpieces right from the comfort of home. However, if you prefer to indulge in the local cuisine, you`ll be pleased to know that the town centre is just a short walk away, offering a variety of dining options.

We understand that laundry is a necessary chore, so we have provided a washing machine and dryer on-site for your convenience. No need to worry about finding a laundromat during your stay.

In addition, we have recently installed a whole house water filter system, ensuring that the water you use is purified and safe. This means you won`t have to purchase bottled water during your stay.

The unit has a shared driveway with only enough space for one car to be parked in front of the garage (shed), however there is plenty of room for parking at the front of the property.

The owner still needs access to the garage during your stay, however this will not impact on your parking :)

I am available by message if you would like any insight on local attractions and restaurants. We are not very far away so if there is a problem at all we are very quick to respond.

Our neighbourhood is QUIET and FRIENDLY and very SAFE! We are close to the local recreation reserve with a footy oval and playground and just a 8 minute walk to the town centre and beach.

There is no convenient public transport, there is only one taxi for the area and it normally comes from Timboon which is 15 minutes from Port Campbell.

We only provide a SMART TV, this is connected to the internet and you can watch your free to air channels all through the apps installed.

The hosts still have access to the garage so you might see them around gathering things.

The town of Port Campbell is only small, so please if you are wanting to cook you can grab your supplies from the local friendly grocer (23 Lord St) just be sure you check their closing times so you don`t miss out.

• No parties or events.
• Leave the house as you found it. Extra cleaning fees may apply if left untidy.
• Dishes must be washed and all food scraps placed in the rubbish.
• Turn off lights and appliances when leaving the property.
• Shoes off at the door, please.
• No food or drinks on the couches.
• Use coasters for hot pots. Damage to the dining table will incur replacement charges.
• Check-in from 3pm / Check-out strictly 10am. Please contact us if you require different times.
• Message host on arrival and departure to assist with staff coordination.
• No smoking indoors. Evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning charges.
• Take care with spills on floors to avoid slips and property damage.
• Dispose of rubbish correctly:
• Red lid → General waste
• Purple lid → Glass
• Green lid → Food scraps & garden waste
• Yellow lid → Recycling
• Report any damage immediately. Additional fees may apply.

PC Cottage - Port Campbell offers its guests barbecue grills and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
