Huge eat-in kitchen with table for 4 and 2 additional seats at the counter, newly renovated laundry room, Living room, and dining room with a large dinner table. 4 large bedrooms. Master has a King bed, walk-in closet, huge shower, and soaker tub with a private toilet. 2 Bedrooms with queen beds and large closets share a full bathroom. 4th room is an office with a desk and ceiling fan. Black-out curtains through out the house help keep out the Florida heat. 3 car garage on a corner lot. Short drive to several beautiful beaches. Plenty of great restaurants and parks nearby not to mention large sidewalks to tour the beautiful South Gulf Cove neighborhood. Boca Grande is only a 15-minute drive to see the most beautiful beaches. Other beaches are less than a 30-minute drive.

The house was above expectations. Very clean, spacious, comfortable seating and a well stocked kitchen. We all enjoyed the private spa and quiet neighborhood. The hostess was easy to communicate with and check in was easy. Would stay again.

The home is great! The code for the front door did not work when we arrived and it was somewhat difficult to get a hold of the owner. After we got past that small hurdle, everything was great!

Great Host and Location for Beaches

Our family and friends had a great time at this house. The spa was great in the evenings and location was in a quiet neighborhood and good for our daily walks and bike rides. Location was also close to Boca Grand and Englewood beach. House was clean and had everything we needed. Only suggestions would be a dresser in the front bedroom and we always like TVs in the spare bedrooms. Host was wonderful. She took care of any issues and answered questions immediately. We would highly recommend this location.

Save your money!

First of all you have an absent owner who’s clueless about the condition of her property. Any issue that you report will be your fault. She also doesn’t have property management for a property 1000 miles away from her location. We rented her home for 11 nights. For 6 nights the main advertised amenities weren’t operational. Her response was to begin nitpicking about things that were wrong before we got there. She’s refused to refund any money. I’m currently dealing with a dispute with the funding company. (Thankfully I used Affirm for this reason) Pros: House is clean Cons: location, absent owner, difficulty accessing property, being blamed for problems not caused by you, failure to maintain her property, no basic cable,no sink stoppers,advertised beach items are broken and not useable,broken spa and unheated pool. I have text messages that she had reason to know pool and spa weren’t working as they should but “she forgot” After renting with VRBO quite a few times in the past… the worst experience ever! Many more and less stressful options! Keep looking! 6 days of an 11 day vacation ruined thanks to her negligence.
