Fun House 5 makuuhuoneen ranta kotiin - allas ja laituri

Kaunis suuri tilava koti avoimella vedellä (ei punainen vuorovesi) purjeveneellä. Yksityinen 45-tuumainen telakka, jossa on 30-tuumainen, 40-paikkaiseen veneeseen kiinnitettäväksi. 10 kilon painoinen nosto, joka on asetettu 2 vesiskootterille hyväksyttäväksi. Suunnittelija infinity-allas, johon on kiinnitetty poreallas. Avoin pohjaratkaisu, jossa on täysi korkeus lasi-liukuovet lähes koko talon leveys näköalalla veteen. Gourmet-keittiö, jossa on huippuluokan laitteet. Ainutlaatuinen lasi suljettu sisä- / ulkotila, joka voidaan sulkea talon tai osan ulkona tai täysin auki.

Master-sviitissä on kaksinkertainen suihkukaappi, poreallas, kaksinkertainen turhuus ja vaatehuone. 2. kerroksen sviitissä on oleskelualue, minikeittiö, jääkaappi, täysi kylpyamme, patio-parveke ja nukkuminen jopa 5 hengelle. Kolmas kylpy sisältää suihku- ja höyrysaunan yhdistelmän.

Vieraalla on pääsy koko kotiin paitsi autotalli ja 1 lukittu kaappi. Omistajia varten on merkitty useita kaappeja, joissa on vain joitakin elintarvikkeita ja vaatteita. Asiakkaat voivat vapaasti käyttää kaikkia jääkaapissa / pakastimessa ja ruokakomeroissa jäljellä olevia kohteita, ja pyydämme vain korvaamaan tyhjentyneet tuotteet.

Omistajat ovat saatavilla puhelimitse 24-7. Meillä on myös vieressä oleva naapuri, joka on urakoitsija ja tuntee kodin hyvin ja on käytettävissä auttamaan ongelmissa, jos jotain syntyy.

Julkisissa tiloissa ja ulkona on 4 turvakameraa. Nämä voivat säilyä toiminnallisina suojanne kannalta ja ne ovat käteviä auttamaan sinua operatiivisissa asioissa. Voit poistaa ne käytöstä loman aikana käyttämällä "kameralla" merkittyjä seinäkytkimiä ja irrottaa ne uima-altaalla ja sisä- / ulkotiloissa. Myös kotiautomaatio-merkintä mahdollistaa pääsyn kotiin älypuhelimen tai tabletin avulla suunnitellun oleskelun aikana.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Peace River. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla ulkouima-allas, poreallas ja pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja yksityisen uima-altaan.

House was beautiful, conveniently located. Owner was quick to answer questions. The 6th bedroom wasn’t actually a bedroom but was arranged to enable privacy. Pool and hot tub was very enjoyable. Weather was wonderful. Our family had a great time. All 13 of us!! Highly recommend.

Exceptional Home

When stepping into this home, our first impression was 'wow'; when departing, our unanimous impression was 'wow, we are not ready to leave .' This was an exceptional home with an ideal location for us as our daughter's wedding and reception was at the Sheraton Harborside Tiki Hut. The owner is an excellent communicator, touching base several times to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction and that we did not have trouble with any of the technology in the home. I highly recommend this home if you want ample, relaxing and a fun space.

Relaxing and beautiful views

We are a group of 11, ranging from grandparents to grandchildren. I was so surprised to have such access to owner and his willingness to share from best beaches to house info (like staying at a family friend’s home). Very detailed about house info which is wonderful! Comfortable big sofa for the whole group to watch Big 10 tourney (note the headrests lean up for comfort :)

We rented the house for a wedding in the area and had guests from my parents in their 80’s to my children in their 20’s. Everyone loved it! Large gathering places inside the house as well as in the beautiful pool area. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone to get ready. House was very clean and well stocked. Very good instructions on how to operate everything in the house. Pete was very attentive to any questions. Would highly recommend the rental.

Family Christmas Vacation

Pete & Linda have the perfect place for a family fun week. The kiddos, all generations, enjoyed the pool, hot tub and fishing off the dock. Everything you need is available-from fishing rods to pool “toys” to multiple living spaces both indoor and outdoor. Location is exceptional for access to all that SW Florida has to offer. Pete was more than helpful with instructions to use the “smart” home. Great place for creating awesome memories!

Thanksgiving on the Canal

Loved being able to gather at this lovely home. There was space for family members who had to work remote while others played in the pool, etc. Kitchen was well stocked and the view was beautiful. Owner knew we had 9 people sleeping at his home but did not instruct his cleaners to make beds for 9 people. This means after a long day of travel we had to hunt through the house and make beds. Also, there was a blockage in the kitchen sink trap which we had to fix for him on the Friday after Thanksgiving as there was no back up handyperson. Guarantee we saved him an emergency holiday plumbing bill. Would have been nice if some gesture was extended beyond thanks.

Perfect space for multi-family vacation

Our group consisted of three families of four; 6 adults and 6 kids. Each couple had a room and bathroom on the main floor and the kids took over the upstairs. Beach chairs and pool toys were plentiful. Loved drinking coffee while sitting at the table on the dock. Outdoor space was wonderful! Pete was accessible, responsive and checked in mid-trip to make sure all was good. Fantastic experience had and great memories made in this house!

Perfect Florida Vacation

This was a perfect house for our group of two couples and three 20-30 yr olds. Everyone with a bed, plenty of bathroom space. We cooked a lot and boy was that kitchen ready for us. Brand new appliances, plus so many extras. Grill was great also. No evidence of Ian at the Beeney Fun House! We used the kayaks, played pickleball in a nearby park, and had a day trip to Boca Grande for beach time and a dolphin cruise with Boca Boats. Visited the Botanical Gardens and Fisherman's Village in Punta Gorda. We did see a dolphin, rays and plenty of sea and bird life right in front of the dock at the house. Golfers were happy with selection of nearby public courses. Great communication with the owner. New to this area but plan to come back.

OUR Favorite VRBO

Our experience was excellent!! Prior to arriving to the home. We had emails explaining everything with videos and clearly written instructions of the workings of the home. Upon arrival entering the home went very smooth. The house is laid out very well for our situation with different rooms to congregate. very workable kitchen, and beautiful pool with outside wet bar. The home owner was available for questions within minutes via a text any time of the day or night. I give this stay a AAA +++ We will definitely return the next time we come to Florida

Port Charlotte Water Front House

My wife and I spent pre-Thanksgiving Holiday with our three adult children, their respective spouses and four grandchildren (yes, we were a big group!) and the house was a perfect fit for us! Pete and Linda did an amazing job getting the house ready prior to our arrival and it was in great shape by the time we arrived…you never would have known that the eye of Hurricane Ian had passed over the top six-weeks earlier. In addition, the little town I grew up in (Punta Gorda/Pt. Charlotte) is recovering nicely from the impact, and except for some remaining debris (neatly piled on the side of the road and being removed on a daily basis), all felt very normal with stores and restaurants open for business. The house is perfectly situated if you, like us, have/rent a boat…with new concrete dock and easy/direct access to Charlotte Harbor and beyond. We kept our boat at the dock the entire trip and it worked out perfectly. The dock, canals and basin are also a great place to catch a fish…our granddaughters caught a few! Lastly, we loved the configuration of the house and the ability to open it up to the pool and lanai via a fascinating array of disappearing sliding glass doors. Pete is a great host…very accommodating, communicative and his hospitality and his house exceeded our expectations. We can’t recommend this house highly enough…it was the perfect venue for a very special time with our family.

Best sunsets in the beautiful home

Pete’s home is one of the best properties we had rented for our vacations. To start with, Peter is great communicator and most gracious host. Whenever we had any questions he answered promptly. The home is gorgeous and spacious. At one point we had 13 people in the house total and everyone was comfortable and did not feel overcrowded. We cooked a lot ourselves versus eating out and the kitchen was well stocked with all the tools, pans, pots and flatware. The home has lots of common and private areas. We enjoyed them all. We spend most of the time by the pool and at the dock. Love, love the outdoor setting. Fishing was a highlight of each morning and evening. Beautiful sunsets, never will get enough of those… every evening different. We also enjoyed wild life watching- from rabbit peacefully grazing to a family of ducks completing their evening swim. We hope to be back soon. Thank you, Peter for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Great house and location on the water. The back dock and pool area are fabulous to hang out and chill. Lots of space inside and out for our group of 12. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need too! Would definitely recommend for a fun stay.

Dream Vacation

Family trip for me, my husband, 87 yr old Mother, 2 daughters, and there families and the accommodations were perfect. When you go on vacation you usually sacrifice some of the comforts of home but not here. Master suite is amazing, from the walk in shower to the wireless chargers, the owners thought of everything. Very comfortable beds, abundance of linens, towels, blankets, pillows, & beach towels. We cooked BIG, with double oven, plenty of cookware, utensils, large dishwasher, and gas grill. If there is a negative, it would be storage bowls with lids for leftovers but we made do with zip locks(minor thing). Pool area had plenty of chairs for all but the area we loved the most was the dock area. My husband caught a 36” Black Drum the first day and one of my grandsons caught one even larger. Great fishing right in the back yard. We had 3 pick ups and 2 Jeeps and had no parking problems. Watch the videos provided prior to arrival and the house is well explained. We followed the map on the fridge and went to Boca Grande beach, most beautiful beach we have ever seen. No crowds, clear water, beautiful sand, swam with Manatees, and found shark teeth. It is about 40 miles away and cost $6 to get on the island and $3 parking fee but we’ll worth it. Great shopping and the pricy $12 milk shakes were very good also. We had a small problem with the hot tub when we first arrived but the owner, Pete was easy to reach and very persistent in solving the issue as quickly as possible. If you want a Dream Vacation for your family, Don’t pass up this place. Even the neighbor next door was a sweetheart.

Beautiful Home

Our family enjoyed this house greatly. It was very clean and there was plenty of room for 11 of us. The pool was a big hit with all the toys. Since we flew to FL from PA, it was nice that there were beach chairs, beach umbrella and coolers for us to use when we went to the beach. It was also nice that the house was so well stocked, i.e. coffee, toilet paper, condiments, etc., that we didn't need to run to the store for every little thing. We were able to text Peter with any questions and he replied almost instantly. We were very comfortable and enjoyed staying there very much. Great home!

A Gem of a home

This property fit my family of 7 perfectly. The pool is a dream along with the spa too! The owner stayed in contact with us to ensure we were having a great time and that things were going smoothly. Perfect home for a warm get-away with friends. Our favorite space was the spacious pool area overlooking the canal for breakfasts, happy hours, dinners, and, of course, the infinity pool and hot tub. Another plus is every bedroom has its own bathroom. Pete was extremely responsive to any questions and routinely checked in with us.

Great Family time in Port Charlotte!

Everything was excellent from booking to departure. The house was exactly as described. The pictures are accurate. The host was very accessible and accomodating. We would stay here again!
