South Seas 1 offers a spacious and relaxed setting, perfect for a coastal escape. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas are light-filled and welcoming, with large windows offering stunning views of the ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, and dishware, making it easy to prepare meals. The dining area comfortably seats guests, with a perfect spot to enjoy meals together while taking in the view.

The living room features comfortable seating and a TV for unwinding after a day spent exploring the local area. Wifi and Netflix included too.
The two bedrooms are bright and inviting, with a queen-size bed in the first bedroom and a single bed plus bunk bed in the second, ideal for families or small groups. The bathroom is well-appointed with all the essentials.

Enjoy the fresh ocean air from the enclosed terrace, or take in the panoramic ocean views from the balcony. A 5-minute walk will take you to scenic Horseshoe Bay, where you can enjoy the sandy beach and great spots for swimming, surfing, relaxing, or fishing. There’s easy access to walking and bike trails, along with many local and regional attractions such as produce markets. The property is also a short drive to Middleton, Goolwa, and Victor Harbor, offering plenty of opportunities for exploration. South Seas 1 is the perfect base for those seeking both relaxation and adventure by the sea.

One well behaved dog may be allowed to holiday with you. Please let us know. A $75 pet fee will apply.

Please note that all bed linen and towels are included, but you will need to bring your own beach towels.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
