Imagine is a large family home situated just down the road from Port Fairy's family friendly Pea Soup Cove. This home sleeps 11 over 4 bedrooms making it just perfect for multiple families or a couple retreat as all 4 bedrooms contain Queens with a double as the bottom of the tri bunk. The house has also been newly fitted with split systems throughout in bedrooms and living rooms provide ultimate comfort all year round.

Enter through the front door into the large entrance hall, from here the home opens into the open plan kitchen, living and dining rooms surrounded by windows making the space bright and airy. The kitchen offers plenty of counter space as well as bar stool seating for 6. There is an oven, stove top, dishwasher, fridge freezer and plenty of pantry space for supplies.

Relax in the living room and enjoy a movie or just a long overdue catch up with friends. In the summer the outdoor area takes full advantage of the space offering an undercover dining area, BBQ and grassy space for your 4 legged friends or for the kids to rough house in a secure yard.

Head down the long corridor to the bedrooms and second living space just perfect for the kids to play and enjoy their movies and give the adults some space! There are 2 bathrooms as well as separate powder room and a large laundry with washing machine. The first bathroom contains a large bath and double shower. The second bathroom is ensuited to one of the Queen bedrooms containing a large shower and the room also offers access to the garden via a sliding door.

The second and third bedrooms are also Queens with the fourth containing a set of bunks and a tri bunk. The house comes with central heating throughout making this perfect for a winter getaway. There is nothing more enjoyable with a walk along the beach, the sea air blowing away the cobwebs as you watch the birds swoop and hunt. Then head into town for a morning coffee or lunch at one of the amazing Port Fairy restaurants.

A great location and a large holiday home

Really nice laid out home good for groups a great location and a short walk to the beach. We were disappointed that there wasn't air conditioning at the property especially for summer, and it should have been stocked better with basics for the kitchen and bathrooms. We called to get the handyman in to get the sliding doors back on their tracks.Otherwise an enjoyable stay.

Very spacious home close to a family friendly beach.

Communication was excellent, and check-in a breeze. The house is well laid out for a family with older kids who want their own space. Location a short walk to Pea Soup and South Beaches both great to swim and take the dog for a morning or evening run. The main town is also walkable or a short drive.

Lovely Port Fairy

Sadly we needed a large family home for a few days to attend a funeral. This home was perfect in every way. Great location, plenty of room, well appointed and great that we could bring our dog. We even had a day or two to relax and enjoy Port Fairy. We will certainly be back hopefully under happier circumstances. I would highly recommend this home to anyone wishing to holiday in Port Fairy.

Maintainence

The property itself was lovely and perfect for our getaway. Some things that need to be addressed are as follows •blinds in some rooms are very difficult to open and close •the heater control was very difficult to operate to control temperature. •ignition switch on BBQ missing •sliding doors difficult to open and close. These issues would be easily remedied with simple maintenance checks. Overall we had a lovely time.

Location, location, location.

This was a great place to enjoy having extended family all together. Location to the beach and town was great. The fact that we were able to bring our dogs meant it was a worry free holiday.
