This property is under renovation so there is works going on around the units, we had to change rooms as the TV had no channels the second room had 2 channels. We stayed 2 nights Saturday and Sunday and ate in the hotel both nights which was great food but on the Sunday we got charged 10% surcharge which is very steep especially as we were guests at the hotel. Breakfast included which was nice.

Accommodation was separate from the Hotel. Room and facilities very clean, catered for all my needs e.g. self-contained kitchen, bathroom, TV, comfortable bed, safe and secure car bay. Hotel decor was very homely and provided high quality meals. Staff very hospitably. Neighbouring towns and places of interest easy access by car.

I would stay here again

Lots of character in main building. Lovely spot with a couple of nice walks nearby. We had a room in a seperate building which was renovated and very comfortable. Busy restaurant with good meals. Staff may have been stressed as it was busy, not very friendly or attentive.

South of city

Better than expected! Always seem to get a good place to say, and this is top of the list to come back to. Inciting, friendly staff and welcoming, all the elements that make a trip memorable, and not to forget the views, hotel and restaurant located across river with small boats docked across the way, and restaurant, top quality! I’d stay here again, which I will!
