Calenick is a charming country cottage located in Trelights, near Port Isaac. This peaceful village retreat offers a haven for those looking for a relaxing getaway, while being close to some of the best attractions of the North Cornish coast. Upon entering the cottage, you'll immediately feel a sense of peace and tranquillity. The ground floor living areas flow into one another with the stairs to the first floor in the middle of the house. A beautiful farmhouse-style kitchen serves as the heart of the home, perfect for whipping up delicious meals. Try visiting the local fishmongers or farm shops for some of the best Cornish produce around. French doors lead out to the patio area, you can enjoy the private garden and BBQ area. On cooler days, cosy up by the fire and enjoy a film or board games together.

Upstairs, the cottage features three inviting bedrooms - one large super king bedroom, a twin room, and a single room with an additional pull-out bed. Wake up to the sound of birds singing and enjoy the beautiful garden views from each room. The sumptuous interiors of each bedroom will make you feel right at home. The family bathroom features beautiful limestone flooring and a large shower and free standing bath, creating a cool and calming atmosphere. An additional shower room is provided on the ground floor, which is useful for getting sorted after a busy day outdoors. The interiors of this cottage are beautifully thought out and the open plan living area creates a spacious and airy feel, while the traditional features add a touch of character and charm. An annexe in the garden gives the flexibility of an extra double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk in shower.

The garden itself is surrounded by mature trees, providing plenty of outdoor space for children to play. And for an extra treat, the hot tub and sauna in the garden are perfect for unwinding after a day out at the beach or a coastal walk.

Calenick is a wonderful cottage that offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, while still being close to some of the best attractions that North Cornwall has to offer. Port Isaac is a half an hour walk through beautiful countryside, or it is very easy to access the coastal paths and make your way over to Lundy Bay for the day.
