Open floor plan with a large living room and kitchen area. Large screened in porch faces the pond and beautiful sunsets adjacent to Laguna Atascosa wildlife. This single-family house is a 3 bedroom, 2 baths. Fast internet and Cable through the entire house. Living room area has a 70" Smart TV. Master bedroom has a King size bed and a 50 " Smart TV. 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed with a 44 " Smart TV 3rd bedroom has a single over double bunk. There is a gas grill is under a pergola no need to worry about filling it up with propane it's also included. As a guest you will have access to two swimming pools, professional PGA Golf Course (with fee access), Pickle ball courts, Tennis Court and Fitness Room. Activities nearby – beach, Gulf of Mexico, fabulous restaurants, museums, shopping, dolphin watching, fishing, parasailing, shelling, bird watching, horseback riding, and wildlife preserve.
