The property was not up to any acceptable standard. The elements on the stove could not be used as they were cracked. All floor tiled areas needed a good scrub and in some places were cracked. Carpets were worn and dirty and had runs in some places. We were in apartment 302 which if properly inspected before letting before letting would not even rate a one star. The apartment receives no sunlight and the furnishings cannot even rate a star for any form of comfort. If i had of seen this apartment before i paid for it, i would have gone somewhere else. The Management should be ashamed. I will not be returning and will be putting something on Facebook to worn other people. I have stayed here before and it has always been good, but having experienced this I will not be returning. I should also mention that there is no access for disabled people to get into or out of the pool.

Late check-in and just an overnight stay whilst travelling past. Only complaint is that the curtain didn’t overlap the window/sliding door allowing some light to enter the room. Very happy with the secure underground carpark, very unhappy with myself for not going to look at the pool/spa until I stepped out of the lift for checkout and realised i could have been relaxing in that great spot. And for a perfect ending, the waiter at the onsite cafe was very friendly, attentive and informative to customers without being overbearing.

I travel frequently for work. Each time I’m here in Port Macquarie I choose Macquarie Waters, the team are really accommodating, the rooms are modern and spacious. as it’s right in town everything you need is within walking distance. Definitely a great place to stay
