DOWNSTAIRS
Enter through the front door into the loungeroom area with tv. Down the hallway is the downstairs kids’ bedroom, featuring a bunk bed and a double bed. Continue along the hallway to the second and third bedroom with a queen bed. Opposite this, at the end of the hallway, is the third bedroom. Also at the end of the hallway is the laundry, equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Bathroom one is located next to the laundry and includes a bathtub and shower, with the toilet seperate.

UPSTAIRS
Upstairs features a second living area with a lounge, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and TV. There is a fully equipped kitchen and adjoining dining area. A sliding door opens onto the balcony with a BBQ. A toilet is located off the living area. Bedroom three includes a queen bed and ensuite.

THE AREA
Spades is straight across the road from Lighthouse Beach in Port Macquarie and 600 metres to the local Watonga shops. The beach is patrolled during the School Holidays. This is a great spot for surfers with ideal surfing beaches along the Port Macquarie coast. It is a luxury to just stroll across the road and enjoy this pristine beach. You're only a 5 min drive from Port Macquarie Golf Course with great quality golfing amenities. Port Macquarie is all about outdoor living, beach, hiking, bush tracks, wild flowers, mountain biking, biking, winery tours, many uncrowded beaches and bays waiting for you to discover them.

OTHER
No school groups, under 21 groups, bucks or hens parties, large loud adult groups, events. Minimum age requirement 27 years of age.
Quite time from 10pm-7am, please keep our neighbours happy. Guests that do not adhere to the house rules will have their full bond forfeited.

IMPORTANT
You cannot check-in/check-out on Xmas day 25 December, please adapt your dates, as this is our only day off during the year. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
