Positives: Clean, ample parking, location to amenities, and plenty of outdoor space.Negatives: Outdoor space upstairs could use additional table/chairs, boat parking area has no electrical or water near by, bedrooms have no closets which all of these are minor in comparison to the following, Owner fails to disclose that there is someone living onsite in the downstairs space. Upon arrival and during our stay our group had to deal with the smell of marijuana smoke. This was reported to the owner and he stated he would deal with it. Seeing that we had to deal with the surprise of another person being onsite along with dealing with the weed smoke issue, we would not recommend nor will we plan to book this unit in the future.
