We had an excellent experience during our stay. Everyone was so friendly and professional. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice. We appreciated the message boards with information about local events, attractions and food. Very helpful. We will definitely return in the future Thanks.

Amazing stay

This hotel is great. The reception has little section with many snacks, beer and wine, sodas, noodles. We forgot our toothbrushes and toothpaste - they had those as well (free of charge). In the lobby there is many areas to sit. They had selection of board games and 2 table footballs. Rooms were clean, shower was working great. Everything is new and well maintained. Breakfast was also great - selection of breads, omelet, hard boiled eggs, bacon, pancake machine (so cool!!), cereals, oatmeal, 3 different types of milk (including mini almond milks), 4 different juices and giant ball of fresh fruits. Really impressed with this hotel.

While the property is not brand new, it looks like it just opened. The lobby is spotless as well as the elevators and the floor hallways. I opened my door for the first time and was very happy with the looks, cleanliness, and furniture. The furniture is very simple but inviting. A 48" TV,,, dam. A walk in Shower with frameless glass. The beds for me were great and I believe the pillows were down. Or a close imitation. The people working the desk were so friendly. If you are going to need a hotel in Port St Lucie, give this one a try.

Although we were there for one night, Tru by Hilton exceeded our expectations. The beds were superb and the toiletries exceptional. We were all very pleased with the options available for breakfast. You will not be disappointed staying here.

Before you book, read this first…

Small room with no closets, suitcases stay on floor to trip over…supplied with 2 towels…supplied in bathroom with 2 paper cups…no lunchroom for breakfast just part of the lobby…not enough chairs, some people sit on couches to eat breakfast…breakfast items terrible, frozen pancakes, prepackaged omelet… pet friendly hotel is good idea but not when in practice it disadvantages other guests…walls so thin that barking dogs don’t let you sleep or dogs being walked in the hallways at 4:00 in the morning…there needs to be a balance…Hilton would rip their name off this hotel if they knew how it was run…

Highly overrated

Hotel is ridiculously overrated on this app. They charged my card before we even arrived despite being told when I booked it that I would be charged upon checkin. When we arrived we came to a hotel room with sticky floors and stained sheets. When we went to the front desk to address the issue, nobody was there. When we checked out we received a call on the way home because they forgot to charge us for the tax. This hotel is in no way worth the $210 a night that we paid for it. Don’t do this hotel if you have other options
