Great spot for a family holiday, we loved Ramada Resort and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Port Vila. Great location, awesome staff, all the facilities were fantastic and the restaurant/bar was very impressive.

Amenities, room such as availability of telephone in room on arrival, no detergent yo wash dishes or a fish cloth, Airconditioning ( noisy and not very cool) When calling drivers for tourists to take day trips ensure knowledge of drivers. Our driver had no idea, and we were following the map and he missed places when we showed him where we wanted to go. Costing in Australian dollars on Expedia was not final cost $49 charge aud for using credit card and $200 extra charged on Visa card. Inability to pay Expedia direct and therefore paying at hotel means daily rates apparently change which changes total cost and then conversion increased cost.

Room was nice but tv didn’t work the entire 7 days we were there. We kept enquiring with the front desk but didn’t get any help (not that we really needed one being in such a beautiful location). Room has good amenities. Staff were absolutely amazing! They really made the trip. The in house restaurant was pretty good too.

The hotel staff are really the highlight of this property; everyone was very kind and helpful to us. The service was above and beyond. Special shout out to the Concierge team, including Miky, who made sure we had fun plans when ours fell through, and Bob and Frank at the pool. The restaurant at the hotel has good food for when you don't want to go outside, or just wanted to relax after a day of adventure. There are free kayak for guests to use, the pool is nice. We'll be happily return to Ramada for our future returns to Vanuatu.

We experienced overall a very pleasant stay in a nice location with very helpful staff throughout. Some small maintenance items such as the pool area need attention to keep up the Resorts superior standard. Be sure you are allocated a room in the blocks along the lagoon not in the rear block up higher which is not very easy to access the pool or restaurant plus it has an inferior view. Blocks three to seven would be best away from the noise of the bar. The quality and price of the meals was on par with Melbourne but expect to wait a minimum of 30 minutes from ordering to receiving your meal. Thanks to the ever smiling staff.

Front desk is a joke. No one welcomed us or helped us with our bags upon checking in. Nothing was explained about the resort as well. The resort was not busy at all yet service was always slow or none existent. Shower room constantly smelt like sewage. Asked for buggy rides to the top of the resort a few times and they never came: Always ended up walking.
