"Hotellin sijainti kävelyetäisyydellä monesta vanhan kaupungin kohteesta hyvä. Rauhallinen huone joskin näköala olematon. Vastaanoton henkilökunta ei erityisen palvelualtis ja ystävällinen (erityisesti miespuolinen henkilö hotelliin saapumisen yhteydessä 13.9.25 närkästynyt asiakkaiden kysymyksistä).Ylipäätään vastaanoton henkilökunta ei myöskään asiantunteva esim. Regensburgin joukkoliikenteestä eikä muutenkaan avulias/oma-aloitteinen auttamaan. Aamiaisen henkilökunta sen sijaan erityisesti sunnuntaina 14.9.25 erittäin avulias tarjoamalla omaehtoisesti laktoosittomia tuotteita. Huoneen siisteydessä toivomisen varaa. Ilmastointilaite katon rajassa likainen, joka vaikutti huonontavasti huoneilman laatuun. Myös lattiat pölyisiä. Hissin opasteet väärin - aamiaishuoneen merkintä väärässä kerroksessa. Vastaanoton henkilökunnalle koulutusta, kuinka asennoidutaan positiivisen oma-aloitteisesti asiakkaiden erilaisiin kysymyksiin. Nyt vastaanotossa henkilökunta touhusi omiaan ja jopa naureskelivat keskenään saaden asiakkaan ihmettelemään, nauravatko he asiakkaille. Siivoushenkilökuntaa liian vähän. Päivittäissiivous vain roskakorien tyhjennys ja WC-istuimen sekä lavuaarin pesu. Jokapäiväistä imurointia huoneissa ei ollut ja se näkyi esim. jalkalistojen ja lattioiden pölyisyydessä. Aulatilassa ei turvallista matkalaukkujen säilytystilaa, kun joutui odottamaan huoneen vapautumista ja olisi halunnut lähteä ulos kävelylle. Aamiaistila viihtyisä."
