Father's Day

Needs work, a deep cleaning, bunk beds unsafe,no coffee pot but plenty of filters for coffee. Could use a fire pit somewhere little kids could play swing set new net for the basketball hoop a grill would be great just something to think about but it was in a nice area

The neighborhood good area the only thing it was a smell in the house. The bidding situation is for smaller people they can update the beds to accommodate heavy people
