We have been driving across the country, and this hotel was my favourite stay. It’s like an art gallery inside, and the staff was so friendly and kind. The gym was great, and they used real dishware for breakfast unlike all the other hotels – much appreciated. The bannock was so good. Thank you!

Very enjoyable pool area, spacious shower, nice room and breakfast was good and good variety. My only complaints are the sheets/blankets had holes in the corners. I also went down to the front desk at about 11 and I had to walk around and try to find someone.

The staff were friendly and courteous. However despite the building being fairly new it`s condition was terrible. The room was clean. The floor had a very loud squeak in it as if the floor had badly lifted from the floor joists. The grout was almost non-existent on the lower half of the shower. The floors in the elevators were in terrible condition. This building in my opinion should of failed inspection.

Everything was great upon checkin, room is comfortable and the mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker are excellent to have. Only comment would be with the motion activated thermostat - while typically likely not an issue, with the extreme cold temperatures that we are experiencing having it turn off overnight and when no movement is detected for a period of time was inconvenient.
