It was fine. You have to pay for parking and I wasn’t expecting that. The room was fine, good amenities in the room. The pool was on the small side, not large enough to do small laps. Breakfast was available for an additional charge. I didn’t try it.

Great back patio that allowed for quiet, relaxing time in the sunshine. Kids also enjoyed the pool table and games in the lobby. Pool was also nice and warm. The water dispenser in the fitness center was not working. The lighting in the rooms was also a challenge since the bathroom light was connected to the sink lighting and was very bright when on and folks were trying to sleep.

The pool was closed, the property was under renovation so it was messy and noisy. Staff were less than helpful, elevator was malfunctioning, bar staff was rude. I’ve just been charged for something that I have no idea what it is for. Housekeeping was spotty. Signage for hotel is awful. Location is good. I’ll not be back

The hotel team provided excellent service during our recent stay. The hotel maintained a high standard of hospitality throughout the stay, with the team going above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. We have kids and like coming to this hotel for their amenities, and especially their spacious rooms with 2 King beds. We look forward to returning in the future.

Front desk staff at check in was super helpful and friendly! Pool was not working which was a bummer since, it was one of the reasons we chose to stay here. Construction was going on at time of stay, but overall it was a good stay.
