Pros: - close to airport - clean rooms and hotel. Has microwave, refrigerator and bed felt comfortable. - has pool if one wants to enjoy Cons: - parking area feels little unsafe during the night with unauthorized people passing by randomly - the breakfast was supposed to be better but was very limited during my stay (i was told the employee responsible for breakfast has called sick. However, the hotel should be equipped to find a replacement)

Check in was a nightmare. Took 45 + minutes to check in. Front desk lady was very crabby and cussing in front of us (I had my child with) very unprofessional. Not the best neighborhood.

Room was clean however the AC wasn’t working in the room. We got the last room at the hotel so just dealt with it. outside our window was an old RV park and a fence with bob wire on the top…. Guessing to keep those from the RV park from coming over the fence. Other than that it was very quite and the hotel had a good breakfast. Pool area was clean and nice.

Just flying through

The room had a strange stench to it. Possibly someone smoking outside the sliding glass door. The A/C unit was absurdly loud, but I had gotten to the hotel at midnight, and didn’t want to bother moving all my things to another room. I woke up every half hour from the a/c unit. I also had a poor experience at the airport just before checking into this hotel. Overall, I won’t be using PDX as a layover point anymore.

I’m not from the Portland area so I was just crossing my fingers that the reviews were reliable, I can say they were. The hotel is in an ideal part of Portland, we were so close to everything. The parking lot isn’t the biggest, but it feels safe and is clean. The hotel itself is clean and requires your keycard for entrance after you check in which made it feel safe. Our room was well kept, however our AC didn’t work. We called the front desk and they offered to switch us rooms, we decided to stick it out but were very appreciative of their offer. They had plenty of breakfast options, I would recommend.

Property is cheap and close to airport. Breakfast was okay - not as good as Best Western Plus hotels, room was okay with okay sheets - not top quality. Coffee in room was good and shower was powerful and hot. It is a good place to spend a night and not longer. The area around the hotel doesn[t look too promising - the fact that the hotel locks the front door at 10 PM
