The toilet didnt refill , you had you turn the shut off valve off and back on to get water to fill. There was black mold on the bathroom ceiling. The toilet water line leaked. The housekeeping staff was told, no service needed, came back to toom to find they had been in the room, but only did half the normal housekeeping. Had a live band out side playing at midnight for some reason.

Nobody at desk to check in had to wait. The room was in bad shape, needs repair. The refrigerator ran 24/7 loudly, the freezer is completely iced over. Air conditioner ran loudly 24/7 not keeping temperature. Blackout drapes broken where they would not meet and rusted where they meet in the middle in horrible condition. I had a do not disturb sign on the door, and got a loud knocking with a staff member standing at door holding a water and a cookie to make up for not being at desk when I arrived, when I said no thank you, I am sleeping, they stood there asking me really. They should have not bothered me and gave me a discount or something when leaving. Do Not Disturb means Do Not Disturb. Waking me with a water bottle and a cookie and I tell them no thank you, and they stood there dumbfounded, saying really, like I was stupid. RIDICULOUS.
