Hotel: quiet. Room: big. Bed: comfy. BUT…no cookies!!!!! Not when we checked in. Not that night. Not first thing in the morning. Not at checkout. Um…isn’t that something you’re like, known for?? If you need some help, my six year old nephew can probably whip some up. Oh, and thank you to the female front desk fo her eye roll as they told me they were out - like, oh well.

Most of the staff were great. Hotel was fairly clean and very roomy rooms. Few issues with bathroom. Location was great for why we were there. Hotel surroundings were very quiet at night. Breakfast buffet had many options to choose from. Food was tasty. I would go back and stay there again.

Very comfortable room with a fantastic bed. I thought the showers was particularly good. Everything was very convenient in the hotel and the food was great. I would definitely stay here again. It is also an easy walk to the Convention Center and local restaurants. A big shoutout to the cleaning staff of the third floor and also to the late night person doing check in when I arrive on Jan 3 around 11 pm.

The purpose of our stay was to be close to the MOD Center for a basketball game. Based on the location and positive reviews, we decided to move forward with this property—and it turned out to be a great choice. We would absolutely stay here again if we return for another game or event. The front desk agent, Emon, was exceptionally helpful and attentive to our needs. From the moment we entered the building, he greeted us with a warm welcome, ensured a smooth check-in process, and provided helpful information about nearby attractions and transportation options. The hotel breakfast was definitely worth it, especially when traveling with family. Although our stay was short, Emon assisted us again during check-out and was once more helpful, pleasant, and professional.
