It was so crowded, we couldn't enojoy the pool, the happy hour was weak (you used to have way more snacks) and the breakfast was so busy, long lines and the food was not good. The elevators took forever, and people would push you out of the way to get on and cut in front of you. This used to be a nice, respected establishment. I won't be staying here again.

A beautiful historic building in downtown Portland. We watched the Starlight Parade so very conveniently located. The room was basic/standard hotel room. There was a hole in the sheets. No waste basket in the bathroom. Just odd. The breakfast was good but stood in line quite a while to get made to order omelet. Food on the buffet line kept running out and slow to be replenished. Over all, it was a good stay.

Historical Hotel build in 1912. Accessible to nearest restaurants and places we visited. We like their happy hour at 5:39 pm to 7 pm everyday. I dont like their comlimentary breakfast. Its the same breakfast buffet every day.

I don't like the room. it is not the same look like the same picture when i booked ur app. my room was next to elevater and very noise, hot and dark Room was small only 1 chair, no enough accessories in the shower room like, no toothpaste, no face towel, no hairecape. When asked to change they show me the same room look like 2nd floor next to elevator and said they don't have other rooms. I been booked and reserved 3day befor.

Love this hotel !! Just got done with a 4 day stay. Couldn’t be more happy with this hotel the staff is friendly and helpful.The hotel has nice suites with great views of the city and a nice free breakfast they also happy hour with Free drinks and appetizers. Right next to the hotel is voodoo donuts and a food truck food court not too far from the hotel. Highly Recommend !!

The area has gone downhill a bit. Don’t want to walk around at night. The parking is not very good I have always valet at this hotel I have been staying here for decades and now it is $65 to park a day! I’m going to check out some other places next time I’m in Portland.
