First let me say that the staff was friendly & helpful. But the hotel itself is poorly kept. It should not even be an option that Hotels.com can offer. Now i know what it feels like to be on an episode of the walking dead. Where the characters come across a small pocket of humanity that’s trying to grasp onto civilization. The outside of the hotel from a distance looks ok. As you get closer there are vehicle parts scattered thru out the parking lot. Including a whole bumper that was in the shrubs. To enter the lot you have to go thru multiple sets of speed bumps that make you feel your entering an army base. The room they initially put me in had the smoke alarm & sprinkler covered by a plastic bag & duct tape. Yes, they did move me after I complained. They would not refund my $$. Again the staff was friendly but the hotel is in horrendous shape. This looks more like a motel. It appeared to me that most of the guests were actually living there as opposed to visiting. If I could give it a negative star, I would!!

This place had bed bug poop under every corner of the mattress and blankets then none of them made speak any English and me and my girl both were bitten numerous numerous times and they owe us both over $30,000 in taxes that they're supposed to quit charging you after the first month do not stay here

The room was so gross that we did not stay. There was food left in the cupboards that had leaked all over. The pillows were set up weird on the bed to hide that they were basically cardboard. The hotel clearly has a problem with vagrants because you can only use the main door. We didn’t feel safe leaving our car in the parking lot overnight.

Staff were always so nice and helpful. The two that were the nicest and most helpful were Sergey and I didn't get his name but he worked a double on Thanksgiving so others could have it off I have a crazy work schedule so it was nice that laundry was open 24 hrs allowing me to wash late night or very early morning .

A little dirty. Kinda sketchy neighborhood. Definitely a "get what you pay for" situation. Not that bad for how cheap it was.
