Excellent!

We were there to watch our grandson’s wrestling tournament. The hotel was lovely. Very modern, everything was pristine, clean and comfortable. My husband forgot his water pic at the hotel and when we called they had it and sent it back to us within two days. Also Eric in valet was very helpful. Kind courteous he let us keep our car at the curb for a few extra minutes while we grabbed breakfast all around a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it.

Amazing place, free breakfast was great, it was beautiful and clean. The staff was super kind, and even held me and my partners luggage for us after we checked out since we had a flight at 10pm, so we could explore the city. Will come back!

Property is very close to Union station. Just a few blocks walking distance. Old "converted mansion" feel. Building is low rise from pre 1900. They did a grrat job with the 2019 remodel. Cool coffee shop in the hotel. And an art gallery. Grocery store a few blocks from it. There's a bit of homelessness around the area, but the hotel is completely locked and you cannot enter from street unless you have your key.

We were blown away by the quality of our stay, particularly the value. Price was very reasonable, room was spacious and well suited for a family of 4, hotel was clean and stylish, location made for easy walk to shopping and dining. The service was excellent, and at every turn it felt like thought, care, and customer experience was front of mind. Management seemed to go to lengths to curate the most comfortable stay. Hands down the best Hampton Inn & Suites experience we have had; would/will gladly reccommend this stay for anyone visiting Portland.
