Very nice hotel. My only criticism is the limited restaurant menu. The young lady Jade on reception was very helpful and provided good customer service. The price was reasonable and the room a generous size.

Didn’t get the room we paid for

Overall we had a good stay. The room was clean, the beds comfortable. They had the best quality sleeper sofa we’ve experienced so far in our many travels. Some problems though…we were in a room that did not match what we paid for or reserved. It was not the suit but just a king with a sofa sleeper plus the square footage was considerably less, it was the entire reason we selected the hotel and we do feel we were cheated out of what was advertised and promised. I don’t know who failed in this, the hotel or hotels.com but it was a huge problem for our party size. Additionally the fridge did not have a freezer and the pillows were lumpy, not huge problems generally but issues for us. We probably won’t stay here again but it wasn’t horrible just not what we wanted or need.
